Accepting an Order

Receipt of the confirmation of an order by e-mail does not automatically mean that BIG FUN PLAY accepts the order in question, and does not constitute confirmation that BIG FUN PLAY undertakes to sell the tickets in question. At any time, it may be necessary for BIG FUN PLAY to verify the personal information or credit card information before accepting an order.

BIG FUN PLAY reserves the right to refuse to do business with a client and/or to set a limit on the quantity of any item in an order, without prior warning.

Legal Warranties

This warranty does not diminish or replace the manufacturer’s legal warranty in the case where such warranty exists.

Picking up tickets

Important:

Before buying your tickets online, please verify that your printer is working properly. In addition, you computer must be equipped with Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read your ticket. You can download this software free of charge from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.

Buying electronic tickets

You will be sent a confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes after you confirm your purchase. Your ticket and a receipt will be attached to this message. This e-mail message does not give you access to the event. Only the ticket that is attached to the e-mail message will give you access to the event that you have selected. Each electronic ticket bears a bar code. This is a unique code that is allocated to your transaction, and it cannot be photocopied.

The electronic ticket must be printed, and then presented when you arrive at BIG FUN PLAY. The bar code will be read on site. The bar code will admit one person only.

If several tickets are purchased, each ticket that is presented at the entrance will provide access to the exhibition hall. If the ticket has already been presented at the entrance, the scanner will indicate that it is not valid. In this case, a piece of photo identification and the credit card that was used to purchase the ticket must be presented in order to validate the ticket.

Liability and refund

The electronic ticket constitutes a contract between the buyer and BIG FUN PLAY. The buyer agrees to pay the amount indicated on the receipt, including the service charges. The invoiced amount will appear on the next statement, under the name BIG FUN PLAY. No refund or exchange will be granted unless the event is cancelled or postponed. In such a case, the buyer must contact the event promoter or the administrators of BIG FUN PLAY by calling 1-844-4-BIGFUN.

The holder of an electronic ticket assumes all liabilities with respect to risks and dangers that may occur as a result of the event, regardless of whether these occur before, during, or after the event, and renounces all claims for any losses or damage caused whatsoever. BIG FUN PLAY cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect problems or damage that may occur during the event.

Types of electronic messages

It is important to note that the timeframe for receiving the confirmation e-mail may vary depending on the type of message system used. If the e-mail is not received, the buyer must contact the administrators of BIG FUN PLAY's exhibition halls by calling 1-844-4-bigfun, OR visit http://www.BigFunPlay.ca, click on Connect at the top right, enter his or her identity, and click on YOUR PURCHASES. After verifying the identity, the confirmation e-mail will be redirected to the e-mail address indicated in the buyer’s file. If the event is in progress, an attendant will be able to help you at this time.

If you are using Outlook Express and you are unable to open the attachment that contains your electronic ticket, we recommend that you follow the procedure outlined below:

- Click on Tools, select Options, and click on Security.

- You will see the following statement: "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus". Uncheck this option, and then click on Apply.

-Return to your e-mail, open the attachment, and print your ticket.

- If you would like to reinstate the security option for future e-mails, simply return to the Security tab and check the following option: "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".

Recommendations

- When you visit the venue, bring a piece of photo identification and the credit card that was used to make the purchase.

- Protect your ticket as you would any other valuable item.

- Never buy an electronic ticket from an unknown party. It may be an unauthorized copy. Electronic tickets have no resale value.

Price

The prices for our products are indicated in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are added. Regardless of the country of origin, all orders are payable in Canadian dollars. BIG FUN PLAY reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are always billed based on the price in effect when the order is registered.

Taxes

BIG FUN PLAY calculates, the GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be added.

Payment

Your purchases must be paid by credit card, specifically MasterCard or Visa. The charges must be paid in accordance with the payment procedure described in the registration process. Clients agree to pay the total cost and all charges related to the purchased product, including taxes. BIG FUN PLAY may change its prices after notifying the client. The client is solely responsible for paying for the purchased product. Only the user is responsible for payment of the proposed service by credit card. BIG FUN PLAY is not responsible for payment problems related to the electronic payment service.
